개인정보처리방침

경북대학교는 「개인정보보호법」등 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보를 수집·보유 및 처리하고 있으며, 이용자의 개인정보보호 및 권익을 보호하고 개인정보와 관련한 이용자의 고충을 처리하기 위하여 ‘경북대학교 개인정보 처리방침’을 다음과 같이 정하여 시행하고 있습니다. 또한, 개인정보처리방침의 수립 및 변경사항은 대학 홈페이지에 공지할 예정입니다/p>

· 개인정보처리방침 수립 : 2011.9.1.
· 개인정보처리방침 1차 개정 : 2014.8.1.부터 적용
· 개인정보처리방침 2차 개정 : 2017.1.1.부터 적용
· 개인정보처리방침 3차 개정 : 2018.1.1.부터 적용

제1조 (개인정보의 처리목적)

  • 개인정보의 처리는 이용목적에 맞게 사용하되, 다음 각 호에 따라 처리한다.
    1. 서비스 제공에 관한 계약이행 및 서비스 제공에 따른 콘텐츠 제공
  • 개인정보의 이용 목적이 변경될 경우에는 반드시 사전 동의를 구하여야 한다

제2조(개인정보 처리 및 보유기간)

  • [개인정보보호법]제32조에 따라 개인정보의 항목이 수록된 개인정보파일을 행정안전부장관에게 등록하여야 한다
  • 학교는 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 예외없이 해당정보를 지체없이 파기한다.

제3조 (개인정보 제3자 제공에 관한 사항)

  • 개인정보는 목적 외의 용도로 이용하거나, 제3자에게 제공할 수 없다. 다만 「개인정보보호법」제18조 제2항에 따라 정보주체 또는 제3자의 이익을 부당하게 침해할 우려가 있을 때를 제외하고는 개인정보를 목적 외의 용도로 이용하거나 이를 제3자에게 제공할 수 있다

제4조 (정보주체 권리·의무 및 그 행사방법에 관한 사항)

  • 정보주체는 개인정보처리자가 처리하는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람을 해당 개인정보처리자에게 요구할 수 있다, 다만, 「개인정보보호법」제35조 제4항에 의하여 다음 각 호에 해당되는 경우에 개인정보처리자는 정보주체에게 그 사유를 알리고, 열람을 제한하거나 거절할 수 있다.
    1. 법률에 따라 열람이 금지되거나 제한되는 경우
    2. 다른 사람의 생명·신체를 해할 우려가 있거나 다른 사람의재산과 그 밖의 이익을 부당하게 침해할 우려가 있는 경우
    3. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 업무를 수행할 때 중대한 지장을 초래하는 경우
    1. 「고등교육법」에 따른 각급 학교 및 「평생교육법」에 따른 평생교육시설, 그 밖의 다른 법률에 따라 설치된 고등교육기관에서의 성적평가 또는 입 학자 선발에 관한 업무
    2. 학력·기능 및 채용에 관한 시험, 자격 심사에 관한 업무
    3. 보상금·급부금 산정 등에 대하여 진행 중인 평가 또는 판단에 관한 업무
    4. 다른 법률에 따라 진행 중인 감사 및 조사에 관한 업무
  • 개인정보 정정·삭제 요구에 대한 사항은 「개인정보 보호법」 제36조에 따라 정정 삭제를 요구할 수 있다, 다만, 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없다.
  • 개인정보 처리정지에 대한 사항은 「개인정보 보호법」 제37조에 따라 처리정지를 요구할 수 있다. 다만 각 호에 해당되는 경우에는 처리정지 요구를 거절될 수 있다.
    1. 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나, 법령상 의무를 준수하기 위하여 불가피한 경우
    2. 다른 사람의 생명·신체를 해할 우려가 있거나, 법령상 의무를 준수하기 위하여 불가피한 경우
    3. 공공기관이 개인정보를 처리하지 아니하면 다른 법률에서 정하는 소관업무를 수행할 수 없는 경우
    4. 개인정보를 처리하지 아니하면 정보주체와 약정한 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 등 계약의 이행이 곤란한 경우로서 정보주체가 그 계약의 해지의사를 명확하게 밝히지 아니한 경우
  • 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 개인정보처리자에게 그 아동의 개인정보 열람 등 요구를 할 수 있다

제5조 (개인정보 파기 절차 및 방법)

  • 개인정보처리자는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 개인정보의 처리목적 달성 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 개인정보보호 책임자에게 서면으로 보고하고, 그 개인정보를 파기하여야 한다. 다만, 다른 법률에 따라 보존하여야 하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다.
  • 개인정보의 파기 방법은 전자적 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하고, 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통한 방법으로 파기한다.

제6조 (개인정보 안전성 확보조치)

  • 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음 각 호와 같이 조치한다
    1. 기술적 조치 : 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한 및 침입차단, 고유식별정보등의 암호화, 접속기록의 보관 등
    2. 관리적 조치 : 내부관리계획 수립·시행, 개인정보취급 직원의 최소화·지정 및 정기적 직원 교육 등
    3. 물리적 조치 : 전산실, 자료보관실의 출입통제 및 최신 보안장비 운영, 잠금장치 등

제7조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부에 관한 사항)

  • 경북대학교는 이용자에게 개별적인 맞춤서비스를 제공하기 위해 이용정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 ‘쿠키(cookie)’를 사용합니다
  • 쿠키는 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버(http)가 이용자의 컴퓨터 브라우저에게 보내는 소량의 정보이며, 이용자의 pc 컴퓨터내의 하드디스크에 저장되기도 합니다
    1. 쿠키의 사용목적 : 이용자가 방문한 각 서비스와 웹 사이트들에 대한 방문 및 이용형태, 인기 검색어, 보안접속 여부 등을 파악하여 이용자에게 최적화된 정보 제공을 위해 사용됩니다.
    2. 쿠키의 설치·운영 및 거부 : 웹브라우저 상단의 도구-인터넷 옵션-개인정보의 메뉴의 옵션 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부 할 수 있습니다.
  • 쿠키 저장을 거부할 경우 맞춤형 서비스 이용에 어려움이 발생할 수 있습니다.

Requirements for Advancement to the DDS Program
Completion Requirements
  • In accordance with Article 2 of the Graduation Qualification Regulations, students must satisfy all requirements in areas other than the Major.
Criteria for Satisfying the Completion Requirements
  1. In accordance with Article 2 of the Graduation Qualification Regulations, students must satisfy all requirements in areas other than the Major.
  2. For Practical English, students must earn a grade of B- or higher in all Practical English courses, or achieve a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80 (TEPS score accepted at an equivalent level). Only test scores obtained within the last two years from the submission date are accepted.
  3. For the Software requirement, students must meet the conditions described in Article 4, Clause 2 of the KNU Graduation Qualification Regulations during their enrollment.
  4. For Academic Advising, students must complete at least four advising sessions with their assigned faculty advisor during their enrollment.
Completion Standards
  • Students currently enrolled must meet all of the following conditions:
  1. Complete at least 80 credits in total, including a minimum of 40 credits in Major courses.
  2. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 (C0) or higher across all courses, including those in the Service/Volunteer category.
  3. Satisfy all items ①, ②, and ③ under the Criteria for Satisfying the Completion Requirements.
